This is a home on the ground floor of a detached villa with a swimming pool. The owners use the first floor as a holiday home, so they are not often at the property. That means there is plenty of privacy and, if the owners are not there, a private swimming pool, too. The living room and kitchen look out onto the private terrace of the apartment, which also has a kitchen island with a pizza oven for wonderful Italian summer nights. The owner has a vineyard and, on request, you can taste some wine and enjoy a delicious Italian snack. The home features all sorts of amenities and, if there is something missing, all you have to do is ask. One especially handy feature are the insect screens on every window in the house! The house is surrounded by the green Tuscan hills as you can see in the photos. It is a 40-minute drive to the centre of Florence, but there are also train and bus connections (which come recommended due to the traffic and parking!).
