Provençal cottage with common pool, situated among vineyards in the heart of the Luberon
This characteristic home, which is decorated in the Provençal style and has a view of the Lubéron mountains, is just 1 km from Oppède and is part of a Provençal Mas, which contains a total of three residences. Each residence is situated on a single side, so you have plenty of privacy. From the inviting shade of the terrace you have a lovely view of the vineyards, a cherry orchard and the Lubéron mountains. There is a great swimming pool (10 m2) which is shared with the guests of two other units. Oppède is a small Provençal village in the heart of the Lubéron. The charming historic district, Oppède-le-Vieux, is built on a mountainside, with a ruined castle as its highlight. This beautiful area is surrounded by many picturesque little towns and villages. Visit marvellous Gordes with its Village des Bories, Roussillon with its red hills, Ménerbes (which is known from the stories of English writer Peter Mayle) and L’Isle-sur-la-Sorgue, known as the Venice of Provence. Also make sure to visit the ‘Abbaye de Saint Hilaire’, the ‘Abbaye de Senanque’ and the L’Isle-sur-la-Sorgue antique markets.
