New luxury wooden chalet, 200m from the lift at 1300m altitude
You’ll find this detached chalet in the heart of the village of Hohentauern (with a snow-sure altitude of 1,275 metres), at the foot of the ski lift. This wooden chalet was built in 2012 and it consists of a pleasant living room, open kitchen, three bedrooms, a bathroom and you’ll even have a washing machine at your disposal. The chalet faces south so that it gets sunlight all day long. The living room and the terrace offer some stunning views of the mountains, ski lift and the village. In winter, the state of Styria turns into the ‘white heart of Austria’, host to many nice ski resorts. In summer, the region is popular for its many lakes, spas and the impressive Hohe Tauern mountain range. More than 200 sunny days per year and a skiing area with snow guaranteed make this a perfect holiday destination for all seasons. As the surroundings of this chalet are still under construction, you may experience some inconvenience during your stay in the summer. Please note! During the next period, 25 new houses will be built in the park; please bear in mind that this might cause some inconvenience.
