SKU: TM-AT-5753-72 Category:

This beautiful and luxurious house is located a short distance from the centre of the very famous Saalbach, together with Hinterglemm one of the most famous and largest ski areas in Austria. A stay in Saalbach is attractive both in summer and winter – there’s always plenty to do. You also have a beautiful outdoor swimming pool and plenty of hiking and mountain biking trails at your disposal. On the ground floor of this house you occupy the spacious and high-quality furnished apartment, which can accommodate up to 5 people. In addition to the cosy living room with open kitchen with all modern appliances, you have a spacious bedroom and a spacious bathroom. The bedroom has a double bed, where an optional high sleeper can be unfolded so that 3 people can sleep here. In the living room the cupboard can be ingeniously folded out easily into a full 2 person bed. From the living room you can walk to the beautiful terrace from where you can enjoy the surrounding mountains and the underlying river Saalach. There’s a large, shared garden, but the most special feature is the huge fitness area with several saunas and a relaxation room. In this room you can relax after an intense day in the mountains. The apartment is adapted for wheelchair users. Saalbach-Hinterglemm as a skiing destination does not require any further explanation. You won’t find more kilometers of ski-slopes so close together anywhere else, and that from early december to mid-April. Cross country skiing, tobogganing, or of course the famous après-ski; you are in the right place in Saalbach-Hinterglemm. During the summer there are plenty of sports and hiking activities for you to do, and you can reach most of the sights of Salzburgerland very easily. Please note: the house is currently being built and will be ready in November 2018. The pictures and impressions show the comfort level, but can differ from reality. The final pictures are expected in late December 2018.
