This stately mansion, near Lencloître (3 km), is the dream of the old-houses lovers. This stately mansion is located just a few kilometers from the friendly town of Lencloître. Stroll along the charming streets and visit the Église Notre-Dame de Lencloître, which dates back to the twelfth century. You can buy wonderful regional products on the weekly market. A day of water fun can be experienced at the large recreational lake of Saint-Cyr (19 km), where diverse water sports activities are offered. There’s also a golf course here (eighteen holes). It goes without saying that you mustn’t forget to visit the many castles in the area. The castle of Dissay (19 km), Château de Vayres (21 km), and Château de Touffou (40 km) to name just a few. When you’ve taken in enough culture, a day at the water park in Châtellerault (22 km) might be a good idea.
