Dutch architecture on the French countryside!
This house built and designed by a Dutch architect in 2017 stands out for its space, views, comfort and light. The house with its three bedrooms and two bathrooms is well suited for 4 to 6 adults and 2 to 4 children. The spacious living area is situated on the first floor and on one side you have a covered terrace overlooking the valley and on the other side, the garden and the swimming pool via a second covered terrace. The bedrooms are on the ground floor and are cool in summer. The house is located in the heart of the Perigord Noir, about 25 kilometres from the historic city of Perigueux. It offers lovely views across the lush garden, all the way down to the village of Brouchaud. The direct surroundings are rural and not too touristy, yet it only takes half an hour to get to a nice city or some interesting sights. The landscape is characterised by rolling, green hills, nice vistas, unspoiled nature, streams, lakes and rivers. All this dotted with quaint little villages, where it seems like time stood still.
