The sunny terrace with a stunning view of the Great Arber is just one of the area’s highlights. Hiking trails run directly past the house. The small, idyllic municipality of Konzell is just 2,5 km away and has everything the heart desires. The Bavarian Forest is right "in front of your doorstep" and provides ideal conditions for all ages and at any time of the year. The towns St. Englmar, Bodenmais or Viechtach offer a wide range of possibilities to experience and learn about the region’s nature and culture. Other popular destinations: Furth im Wald, Arnbruck, the Arber region or canoeing on the river Regen. The cities Passau and Regensburg are only about an hour away. Day trips to Prague or Munich are highly recommended.
