Beautiful holiday home on the 1st floor with wide view & o.a. (shared) pool
This beautiful detached house, consisting of two holiday homes, is located in the authentic village of Božanov, in North Bohemia, in the middle of the protected nature reserve Broumovské Steny. The area is rich in culture and nature, with a varied landscape of lovely farmlands, dense forests and rugged rock formations. The village of Božanov is located under the mountain top "Koruna" (770 m). A large recreational lake with lawns is located at 2 km from Božanov and there’s a brand new outdoor swimming pool with slides and paddling pool nearby. The historic town of Broumov is 7 km away and offers many cultural sights like the oldest wooden church of the Czech Republic, the famous historical Benedictine monastery and the oldest beer brewery of the Czech Republic, but also many pleasant outdoor cafes and restaurants. Thanks to its beautiful location, this holiday home is an ideal base for hikers and sportive cyclists. The trails are well-marked. There are also plenty of possibilities for swimming, horseback riding, mountaineering, canoeing, fishing or trips by car or motorcycle. During the winter, this is a beautiful area for skiing, cross-country skiing and snow walking. There are several ski lifts and cross-country trails in the direct vicinity of Božanov. You can rent equipment on-site and there’s a possibility to take (cross-country) skiing lessons in different languages. Koruna is a new house, built in 2007 and consists of two apartments for 5 people (CZ-54974-09 and CZ-54974-10). It’s also possible to rent the entire house for up to 10 people (CZ-54974-11). From the entire house you have a fantastic view of the Broumovske Steny mountain ridge. The house is surrounded by a spacious, shared garden (not enclosed) with garden furniture and barbecue. House Koruna is located on a small-scale campsite. Of course you can use all the facilities, like the swimming pool, playground, football pitch and recreation room with table tennis, foosball and billiards (ony in summer). Also lots of activities are being organised, like mountaineering, hiking, canoeing and horseback riding in the summer and ski lessons, cross-country skiing and snow walking during the winter. Particulars: Included in the electricity fee is up to 100 kWh a week during the summer and up to 225 kWh during the winter. This is enough for normal use. If this amount is exceeded, 5Kc/kWh will be charged.
