Modern and comfortably furnished apartment in a former coach house
A long time ago, this used to be a place where coachmen would stop for a meal and a bed for the night. As a matter of fact, it still has that function today, although the coachmen have been replaced by holidaymakers, and they tend to stay longer than a single night. One part of the old carriage house, built in 1738, has been converted into a group house/hotel; another part consists of three apartments. The wonderful, authentic look, with plenty of wood and natural stone, has been preserved, as you will notice right away when you enter the premises. But that doesn’t mean this place doesn’t offer comfort – quite the opposite. The apartment is located on the first floor and has been completely renovated and refurnished to comply with all modern demands. Although the complex is situated close to the centre of Robertville, it faces the green hills, so there’s an overall atmosphere of rural tranquillity. Lake Robertville is a stone’s throw away, and the surrounding area, the High Fens, offers plenty of opportunities for walking and cycling trips. Charming towns like Spa and Monschau are easily accessible as well.
