You will be occupying the deluxe penthouse on the top floor, which you can easily get to by lift. As you enter, the enormous rooms and especially the stunning view will catch your eye. In addition to the 3 bedrooms, the penthouse also boasts 2 bathrooms. The furnishings and decor are nothing if not unique. Each room has been decorated magnificently and furnished with paintings that suit the decor. The living room boasts an open-plan kitchen with modern, built-in appliances. In addition to the dining table, there is also a cosy seating area with a fireplace, with a sofa that can also be used as a bed. From the living room you’ll have direct access to the balcony. Thanks to the location of the complex it’s also possible that you’ll have a view of the glacier. There’s a wonderful wellness facility in the complex for you to use. The owners offers a bread service; this way you can enjoy fresh bread rolls every morning without having to leave the building. The ski bus stops at about 300 m from the building, so you won’t need your car during your stay. Skiing enthusiasts know Kaprun as a wonderfully large ski resort. The glacier is open nearly all year round, so you can always enjoy the eternal snow. This extends the winter season from November to early May, ideal to go skiing in low season.
