Beautiful house within walking distance of the ski gondola, the thermal baths and the golf course
This beautifully situated chalet is located at the edge of spa town Bad Kleinkirchheim, a good walk from the hike and ski lifts, the Kaiserburg lift, golf course, Römerbad thermal baths and health resort, and the town centre of Bad Kleinkirchheim with its many nice restaurants. On the ground floor of your chalet, you’ll find a spacious living room equipped with underfloor heating and patio doors that open out onto the terrace and the garden, which is south facing and offers stunning views of the mountains and the skiing pistes. The kitchen has everything you may need for a nice holiday. The ground floor also features a toilet. The house has 3 bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms are upstairs and one of those has a large balcony. There’s also a bathroom with shower, bath and second toilet upstairs. The third bedroom is downstairs, as well as a utility room with washing machine and dryer. You can store your skis and bicycles in the garage. The town of Bad Kleinkirchheim, located at an altitude of 1050 metres, features around 110 km of pistes. Set in the Biosphärenpark Nockberge natural park, this town offers everything you need to make your holiday a great one during any season of the year. Activities include skiing, cross-country skiing, the Römerbad spa, St. Kathrein, the 18-hole golf course next door, as well as mountain biking and hiking. Lake Wörth, Lake Ossiach, Lake Millstatt and the Feldsee lake offer numerous water sports and sightseeing opportunities, such as the Nockalm Road, Landskron Castle and Pyramidenkogel mountain, as well as city trips to Klagenfurt, Villach, Salzburg, Venice, Trieste and Ljubjana. Experience a lovely holiday in the sunniest part of Austria, Carinthia, and unwind in the area’s beautiful mountains.
