This completely detached historical Harz house (ca. 1890) is situated on the slope of the Glockenberg right across from the ski runs and summer toboggan run in Saint Andreasberg (Upper Harz) on a dead-end road with no through traffic (mountainous region makes for a rocky, steep drive). Parking spaces are available at the house. You have the house to yourself and have among other things three bedrooms. two bathrooms, a kitchen and laundry room with washing machine/dryer. There is a large bedroom with four beds on the ground floor. The two single beds are separated by a curtain (ideal for for a family with children). The modern wood stove in the large living room provides a pleasant atmosphere. Enjoy the unobstructed view of the valley and the Matthias-Schmidt-Berg from the beautiful and large roof terrace (approx. 40 sq. m.). You will find pure peace and relaxation here. The entire area around the house is traversed by superb hiking trails. In the summer, mountain bikers and downhillers can explore and experience a wide variety of routes with varying degrees of difficulty. The summer toboggan run offers a special experience for the entire family. Many restaurants and shops nearby complete the amenities. Particularly lovely is a ride on the narrow-gauge railway that runs right through the middle of the Harz, a visit to the Rübeländer stalactite caves or a visit to the historic cities of Wernigerode, Quedlinburg und Goslar.
