The Florian appartment (100 m) lies near the centre of Fulpmes not far from the Telfes sports and pool complex. A leisurely (but uphill) 10 minute walk will get you to the cablecar to the peaks, or you can take the 100 year-old tram through the meadows to Innsbruck from practically next door. With 4 bedrooms over the first and second floor, reached by a private entrance, it is a great choice for a large family group. There is a large enclosed sunbathing lawn with sun loungers and a barbeque. In October 2014, the water park Freizeitzentrum StuBay was opened. From summer 2015, the outdoor area is open.
