Das altes Backhaus
Once a bakery house, now a charming quaint cottage in the Belgium German-speaking part of the Ardens
This former bakery house has been renovated in a comfortable and charming cottage. The bakery house was built in 1904 and was used for years by farmers. Today, the owners have carefully restored it with ecological materials. It is a quaint place, full of atmosphere, where you will immediately feel at home. Next to this cottage, you can find what was once the farm and which is now a holiday house with two apartments. You may book these apartments as well if you wish to come with some friends: see BE-4770-34 and BE-4770-35. A private terrace with garden furniture, barbecue and a large lawn area are available (the lawn is shared with the other house). Montenau is a quiet Ardennes village located at the foot of the High Fens, in the German-speaking part of Belgium. A perfect destination to enjoy a break in the countryside.
