Chalet Bergerblick is fully renovated and refurbished in spring 2017 and will be turned into a group accommodation that’s equipped with all modern comforts. This chalet features a wellness area with infrared sauna, standard sauna, shower and relaxation room. In the professional kitchen you’ll find pizza ovens, a nice dining area for the entire group, a fully equipped bar and two lounge areas with TV. There are 20 comfortable bedrooms (all furnished with new box spring beds, which can be separated into two single beds) and 18 bathrooms. The balconies offer some stunning views of the Hohe Tauern mountains and you might even be able to spot the Krimml Wasserfälle, Europe’s highest waterfall, in the distance. Chalet Bergerblick is situated at an altitude of 1,200 metres, on the Gerlos Alpine Road, and is easy to get to. In summer, Chalet Bergerblick makes a perfect base for an active holiday. The owner of the chalet can also arrange an activity programme in collaboration with a local organisation. There’s a wide range of fun activities to choose from, including canyoning, mountain climbing, mountain biking, hikes, wild-water tubing, an entire climbing forest with 30 trails and different heights (8-25m), a 70m-high mega swing and much more. Relax and enjoy the sun on the large, south-facing terrace or visit the Kristallbad indoor swimming pool in Wald im Pinzgau, which offers fun for all ages.
