This mountain hut in the beautiful Vogtland is waiting to welcome you. The holiday home is available for your exclusive use. Ideal for your holiday with the whole family or in your circle of friends. Equipped with everything you could ever need for a relaxing holiday. The generous living and dining room, which was previously used as a stable, is equipped with a large kitchen oven/woodburning stove and comes with a specially designed traditional wood kitchen bench. The historical interior combined with a modern technical furnishing is the particular highlight of the house. The kitchen is also equipped with every comfort. All three bedrooms have an incomparable view and are located on the upper floor. Two of them are equipped with an en-suite bathroom. The upper floor also contains a free-standing shower. The attic can be accessed from one of the bedrooms, which provides a sleeping area for another person. Historic wood flooring and slate slabs with underfloor heating, an old wooden roof in the whole roof area and original ceiling beams in the basement provide the special, cosy atmosphere. A washing machine and dryer are available in a separate technical and drying room. The winter sports stronghold of Klingenthal is a hiking paradise with a seal of approval. The area is an ideal and central base for hikes or cycling trips in the immediate surroundings with varied attractions of the Vogtland area into the mountains and towards Böhmen. Ideal winter sports events include the snow-certain Klingenthal skiing area with over 100 kilometres of groomed cross-country ski trails. Alpine skiers and snowboarders will also find something for them. Children can enjoy adventure paths, bathing lakes and special children’s activities in the immediate vicinity. Bath gardens in Eibenstock, Soletherme and Sauna World in Bad Elster or Karlovy Vary in the Czech Republic are less than 1 hour away. Both Dresden and Prague are only 1.5 hours away.
